STUIDO RADIO is Bringing Hits to the Airwaves

A brand new radio station is underway - Stuido Radio at 3BC! We are working on all kinds of things, from new songs, to radio programs and more. Here’s our new ID drop for the station, and below that is our first radio show, with some of our favorite rock songs of all time!

Frankly we aren’t sure exactly what this hobby is, we have a lot going on, but here’s today’s random awesome beat that we collaborated on. We also listened to some Kenny Loggins, J Cole, and other incongruous selections and talked about the songs. Enjoy!

Well as the week went on we really developed our skillz and focus. The beat everyone produced was incorporated into a rap by Samuel… and Ari created a beat and rap about the all-important Wisconsin subject of cow tipping. Check em out below, including their posters!

Dis! Tree Oh! Gets Grammatical after Winter Sabbatical

Dis! Tree Oh! didn’t write an ordinary diss song - no they included all kinds of words involving that “dis” prefix in their sharp-tongued rap.

Back for a second year, they added fuel to the fire surrounding their popularity by doing a Beatles/Paul-is-dead kinda thing in their poster, created after Russell was sick on the last day of hobby!

Good thing they had the recording done before that.

Introducing Beber’s Glee Club!

The Jew Directions, Beber’s first ever Glee club has to get ready before their big performance in Regionals. Can clashing personalities, a limited amount of soloist opportunities, and a missing member prevent the Jew Directions from winning Regionals and secure funding for future endeavors? Watch to find out, as the Glee club sings a medley about fulfilling their dreams

G3 Cotton Candy Writes a Sweet New Hit

G3 Cotton Candy is making waves with their latest parody of a classic song titled "Karma," paying homage to their home away from home. With catchy melodies and humorous lyrics, the band captures the essence of camp life—from hobbies to late-night adventures in only 45 minutes!! Summer 2024 is underway with this newest tune and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer has in store!!

Keep Camping Free!!

What do you do when one of your campers is in the health center for a hobby, one of your staff is on the senior Ramot trip, and all you have is one amazing musician camper and one incredible recording staff member with unexpected time on their hands???

You write an awesome parody of Free Falling about the great experiences at camp - along with name dropping some staff and paying tribute to their accents ;)

We give you Ruthie’s “Free Campin’”!

Hey Beber - Take a Hint!

Sometimes ya gotta just come right out and say what’s on your mind. These Senior Ramot campers decided that if the want to have a couple of their fave head counselors, Izzy and David, as Pio leaders next year… they gotta put it in video form and show it to all of camp.

With production and keyboards by Toby, and lyrics/vocals by the rest of the gang, this is as catchy as it is lyrically meaningful!

Stinger on My Step Is Video and Song is More Fun than the Subject Matter!

With infectious rhythms and playful verses, "Stinger On My Step" ia a rap track that's sure to tickle your musical senses. What sets this track apart is its youthful charm, recorded by none other than the talented young artist, Bennett. As his lively lyrics and vibrant energy take center stage, you'll find yourself grooving along to the beat and his amazing talent. Don't get stung!

K1 Writes and Records Their First Hit!

After the success of two talent show performances, the K1 Direction snuck into the recording studio to record their self-written song: “Right Here Right Now”. Co-written by Jacob and Will (as well as drums and piano played by them respectively), bass from Charles, and vocals from Liam, their manager Levi decided that their song will be the next hit, releasing it exclusively to Beber Rocks. We invite you to sit back and rock and roar with K1 Direction.

Explore Beber Camp in “Beber Rings”

Georgia and Eliana sang about all that Beber Camp has to offer in their re-written version of Taylor Swift’s “Paper Rings”. From the farm to the challenge course, and the aquapark to the pool, “Beber Rings” highlights what makes Beber special, and better than other normal camps.

Guitar Building Shrunk! It's Uke Making for Us!

We ran a ukulele building hobby in our last week of camp, and Rotem and Sam made the most of this collab between Music and Arts&Crafts departments - with Rotem creating a floral decor, and Sam sticking with his CIT time-theme (while also helping Rotem with hers as a goo CIT would!)

We can’t wait to strum em for ya next summer!
